In addition, the apartments must have minimum internal dimensions, both in total size and in minimum bedroom size, as the capacity of the apartment (in terms of legal maximum occupacy) will depend on the number and size of the bedrooms. If the property you buy does not have the right requirements, you will not be able to legally rent it.
