The accommodation is on the ground floor in a few-travelled road. It presents a warm hallway with the living room on your left, with sofas and tv, connected with the nice kitchen by a beautiful arch which names the apartment. From the kitchen you can reach the toilets, the bigger one has shower and washing machine, the other one has only wc. And at the end of the hallway there are the 2 double bedrooms.
The whole apartment has cotto floors and typical Tuscan ceilings.
On the rear side of the building there is private park space.

Chianni has 1457 inhabitants (2011) and lies 284 meters above sea level, overlooking the Valdera valley, in the western part of Tuscany, and within short driving distance to Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and the Mediterranean.
The village is quite unspoilt by tourism and offers well-preserved architecture dating back to the 12th century. There is a beautiful and well-attended church, winding streets, small squares and magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside.
