Beautiful historic building. There is even a stone plaque on the wall reminding us that the Italian explorer Federico Querini lived there. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (without being very high, the staircase is quite "gentle").
The apartment is really beautiful, well renovated recently, very bright and full of charm. It is composed of a central hall with large windows with a balcony, a huge kitchen/dining room with storage and warehouse spaces, a master bedroom with its own bathroom, another bedroom, a little more small, with bathroom and another spacious room, currently used as a living room which can be used as a third large bedroom. There is also a pleasant "veranda" (an enclosed balcony with windows, like a canopy), with a pleasant view of a beautiful nearby garden.
The apartment has really been restored with taste and care. 3 of the rooms have painted ceilings (the oldest fresco dates from the 18th century and the most recent from the 19th, VERY charming), 4 air conditioning units (in each bedroom and the dining room). Extremely quiet place with very pleasant views.
